Shipping Policy:

• Most locations within India are eligible for shipping.
• Same day delivery is only possible for paid orders not COD orders
• In-stock items are dispatched within one business day.
• Estimated shipping time for out-of-stock items is displayed before order confirmation.
• Shipping cost: ₹100 for purchases below ₹2000.
• Nominal fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in supported PIN codes.
• Rejection of COD orders may lead to future service limitations.
• Tracking information provided via email when available.
• Shipping times not guaranteed due to external factors.
• Shipping and COD fees non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Accepted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
• No order cancellations once placed.
• Pick-up service for exchanges/returns not guaranteed.
• Customers responsible for return shipment if pick-up not available.
• Only one pick-up per order, regardless of error.
• Final sale items and sample units not eligible for return/exchange.
• Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
• Unauthorized or ineligible returns may incur fees and restrictions.
• Refunds issued to original payment method, except COD refunded to bank account.
